I live in Sweden now......... I like vegetarian food ,even though I

I like to be creative .....
And this is specially designed to help people find their true taste...

"Do you spell it with a "V" or a "W"?' inquired the judge. 'That depends upon the taste and fancy of the speller, my Lord'.

Charles Dickens

My studies in Ayurveda , Naturopathy , Homeopathy and numerous healing techniques like Pranic healing (Arhatic 1 level), Rainbow Rieki (mastership level) Aura reading and numerous other new age techniques which I did over the years, motivated me to write this blog in a attempt to help people discover' Who You are' by choosing the right foods according to the old age Vedic texts and the new age techniques. I also did nutrition and dietetics a correspondence course from Chennai

Every individual is different and this blog will help you to discover yourself in a manner that would be unique for you.
According to Ayurveda, every human has a special constitution of Vata, Pita or Kapha. Every food has a special effect on people having different constitutions. This Blog will help people finding their constitutions and consequently, what to eat for their perfect health and well being.

My first love being cooking, I was inspired to write this blog to share all my cooking recipes which I have accumulated over the years.

I love cheese.....

. sometimes I like a dancing plethora of cheese in my mouth, and then other times I am into a more solo cheese adventure, just a single one on one, me and one cheese ...

I often ask my family how my food tastes

"well it could be."....then they see my eyes...

RULE: In any argument a woman has the last word. - Anything a man or kids says after that is the beginning of a new argument

Since my father was an army officer, childhood days were mostly spent in different parts of India learning different cultures and cuisines around India

Bruce lee once said

"A man strikes you, make him bleed. He makes you bleed, you break his bones. He breaks your bones, kill him. Being hit is inevitable, strike back twice as hard."

Army influence did the opposite to me ...but my husband disagrees......

After marriage, living in Sweden also required a lot of travelling where I was exposed to different cuisines. I, therefore, pursued my first love- cooking for my family and friends.I have many exotic recipes which have been modified by myself over the years and have been highly appreciated.

I am even writing a Cook book  called 'Ipsita's Kitchen' which my journalist friend inspired me to write in which I share my secret recipes.
