THIS IS THE CRYSTAL ROOM

Welcome to the Crystal Room !
A song or a music for some,
Which, like the toad, ugly and venomous,
Wears yet a precious jewel in his head;
And this our life, exempt from public haunt,
Finds tongues in trees, books in the running brooks,
Sermons in stones, and good in every thing."
Shakespeare William
I sometimes get the best healing from listening to a song..sitting at the beach watching the waves, gazing at the moon or just doing the things that my heart tells me to .....listening to the heart is the best medicine for me....'Does that mean ...sticking out your tongue at the abuser is ok or beating the hell out of the teacher who gave a failed signature'asked my daughter ....
The lotus ( padma) is one of the of the most common symbols used in all healing and religious teachings .Padma Aashan is one of the meditative poses in yoga, If you watch a lotus its roots in the slippery wet mud its stem emerging like a neck of a flamingo and the flower so sweet as if finding the beloved... the Sun
According to the Lalitavistara, "the spirit of the best of men is spotless, like the lotus in the muddy water which does not adhere to it."
The blue lotus of Egypt, Nymphaea caerulea, is a member of the Nymphaea family (i.e. waterlilies), which is a ‘cousin’ of Nelumbo nucifera. Certainly, the ancient Egyptians called it a ‘lotus’, and it does hold a similar divine status to the sacred lotus flower itself.Three colors of lotus grow in Egypt; white, blue and pink. The blue lotus had particular significance for them.
A Visualization technique :
Visualize your root chakra and plant a lotus flower there.
See the stems of the flower rising up and piercing though the navel chakra, solar chakra, heart chakra, throat chakra, third eye chakra
and the crown chakra.
Just above the crown chakra imagine the blue lotus flower
Visualize the divine light energy is being sucked in from the heavens above
imagine the energy going back to the root chakra and purifying
all the energy centers on its way-the third eye , throat ,heart, solar ,
navel and finally the root chakra
Ground yourself to the earth energy .

Welcome to the Crystal Room !
Conceptualizing the idea of the Crystal Room , and tying to put my
healing cherishes in a form of a lilac fantasy.....was not easy...
What does healing mean for you dear ?
A cool breeze,
or maybe a friend to share it with...
maybe sitting along the beach trying to knock on what life is all
about ,
Does yellow bruising mean healing? Yes.
Your navel piercing itches does that m
ean it is healing?
... Tree of life leaves for healing what does it mean ? Healing.
After going through endless healing techniques and mastering them in written degrees....reminded me of the quote
"Sweet are the uses of adversity,Which, like the toad, ugly and venomous,
Wears yet a precious jewel in his head;
And this our life, exempt from public haunt,
Finds tongues in trees, books in the running brooks,
Sermons in stones, and good in every thing."
Shakespeare William
Thats not what I teach
I looked at her sternly....
However I will share with you the healing techniques and the knowledge I collected over these years 15 to 20 years .....Hindu , Buddhists , Egyptian ...list is endless, yet I have the Lotus in my Heart that says ....listen to ME ...STAY IN THE MOMENT..and you will be happy...and NOW.... I do just that.

THE HINDU LOTUS FLOWER SYMBOL
The Bhagavad Gita speaks of the need to strive to be like the lotus blossom, pure of heart so that the earthly matters do not cling to us. In the Hindu mythology a lotus flower blossoms from Vishnu's naval. On the lotus sits Brahma. Vishnu tells Brahma to create the world, which was to last 432,000 years.
The god Vishnu, preserver of life, whose abode is the primordial waters, was asleep in this timeless darkness, dreaming of worlds to come. As his dreams unfolded, a lotus flower emerged from his navel and revealed within its many folds the cosmic egg, in which Brahma the creator, was asleep.
As Brahma stirred, Creation began to unfold again, and new worlds, new gods, and new life appeared. In India today, the lotus is still considered to be the cradle of the universe, and many Indian deities are portrayed sitting on a large lotus flower.
